Default Intercooler mounting,ideas,suggestions?

I'm looking to get my intercooler mounted on my car,and i am not sure if i should cut my bumper support/crash bar,or just remove it.
Also,im not sure how to mount it,or where to attach some tabs to weld on,its a precision,so its only got the 1 hole on each side for a bolt.
Any help is greatly appreciated, and pics too, thatd be great.

I just bought two steel L brackets and bolted the intercooler to the radiator support. (This was with the "Precision 600hp" intercooler)
