Intercooler Effiency Questions
Intercooler Effiency Questions
Is it better to have a shorter, thicker intercooler, like 3in, or is it better to have a longer, but not as thick intercooler. I've done a search and can't find anything! Basically, i have the option to either get a drag ic or a PWR i.c.-- which would you recommend??

Most people will say the more face surface area there is, the better (ie: height and width) It all really depends on the specific intercooler. Nine times out of ten ( so I have heard ) the thicker ones are less effiecient.
