Is this intercooler efficient?
what do you mean by street setup? some people have 400hp daily drivers, which this intercooler would not suffice. but for like 200 i think this would do fine. remember though dont hold yourself back with an intercooler because you may have 200hp now but you will want 400hp later

because you drive it everyday doesnt mean its efficient. some people drive their car everyday without an intercooler

That would be better than no intercooler but for the money I would just save a little more and buy a slightly taller one. I dont think anyone makes on but a 7" tall IC would be absolutley perfect. My greddy is 8" and its about 1" too tall IMO.

This one looks nice but I dont know about buying off a low feedback rating seller.

That is about the most restrictive looking POS that I have ever seen. Having few tubes (only 5!?!) that are very long is the exact opposite of what you want in an efficient intercooler. The best designs have a large flow area inside (i.e. lots of tubes and 2"-3" thick) so the flow velocity isn't too high, have tubes that aren't too long (most of the cooling occurs in the first 12" or so, the rest just adds restriction), and have a large frontal area. If you want bling bling then get something long and shiny. If you want something that cools your intake air efficiently and doesn't add much restriction, then get what I described.
