Integra obd conversion
i have a 91 integra that is obd0 that i am converting to obd1. i have a wiring harness from blown90hatch on the way. from what i hear it will have a write up type thing. great guy i hear as well. n e how.. i also have a P06 ecu since my engine is non-vtec. my question comes on the o2 sensor and the distributor. what car could i order a distributor or 4 wire o2 from that would fit my specific engine. i get discounts on parts so im gettin new. could i take from a 92 integra for a distributor or no? and if i order an o2 sensor would it be the 4 wire or just the sensor part and not the wires that actually run to the ecu??
i looked at the write up on g2ic but i need to kno for my specific application.
thanks in advance.

Re: Integra obd conversion (DMax013)
you'd have better response in a tech forum, not in the forced induction forum.
but, the harness should have wires for the 4 wire o2, all you do is run wires from the o2 sensor into the cabin and connect them to the harness.
the distributor isn't anything to worry about. remember, the harness redirects the wiring. just stick with your obd0 distributor. the whole point of the harness is to use an obd1 computer in an obd0 car, not to rewire the entire thing to obd1.

You can not run the OBD0 distributor with the OBD1 ecu. You can get any of the newer 4 wire O2 sensors or distributors that will match your setup....OBD1 non-vtec, etc. The instructions will walk you through the installation.

I wasn't aware that you couldn't run an obd0 dizzy... but I guess it makes sense. good thing I thought that one out before replying.
could have also thought about the car sitting in the garage, since that's exactly what we're doing.
+1 for not thinking.
