Default Intakes?

This is just a question that's been bugging me for awhile, so i figured i should ask. I did a search and couldn't find anything, maybe i'm just stupid.

Anyhow, if you're running a turbo setup, do you still use a normal intake? IE: AEM CAI, or stock intake?

Thanks

edit: Well, when i searched I did find lots of things on "intake manifold" I'm not really sure if the "manifold" part constitutes something different than a standard intake.

Charge piping replaces your intake. Air would go in thru the turbo's inlet instead of thru an intake like it normally does when you're N/A. You can put an "intake" on the turbo inlet, but it's more of a short pipe or bend with a filter on it, kinda like a shorter intake but on your inlet instead connected to the throttle body.
