Installing Greddy Type 31 Intercooler.. Help

I started installing my Greddy Type 31 intercooler and for some reason the brackets the top bracket can't line up with the hole. My intercooler ends up slanting downwards. Has anyone had experience with this?

I ended up making a different bracket for my Type 24 (not sure if theyre the same height or what).
