Default Installing Blitz Turbo Timer

So i've searched around, does anybody have a write up on what goes where. And i for mine for free from a friend with an STI, do i need a different harness or can i work around it. I heard you can splice some things.

u dont need a harness. just splice into a few wires from the ignition harness

this is for a greddy, but i used it to install my blitz fatt-x. worked fine.
