Default installing b16 oil pan

Whats the proper procedure? I replaced a oil pump and everything is good now but there's still a bit of oil leaking from the pan. I put some on the corners between the gasket and the block nothing between the pan and gasket though. Am I even supposed to use hondabond? If so where exactly? Also whats the torque specs on the oil pan bolts/nuts? I'm scared of breaking them since they're so tiny. I put about 12lbs/ft on them

i usually coat the entire thing in permatex ultra grey (hondabond) with a light film. Your torque spec is correct
