would it be better to go alittle bigger than needed when buying injectors so they are not running at a full duty cycle and so i can upgrade to a bigger setup down the road or buy the recommended size now and buy bigger later when needed?

 

id say go bigger. So you wont run out of injector with your goals/setup. Plus u can always want to make more power later

Yes. I made that mistake too. I bought 440cc when I really could use 550cc

what power level do 440`s run out hit full duty cycle, any ideas?

 

with math, they are supposed to run out at i think 300 crank hp @ 80% duty cycle at i forget what fuel pressure ( i think 43psi or something). i think u can go to RC's website and they have all the calculations u need. just plug in your numbers.
