Default Injector cleaning service

Now that mike palm isn't doing injector servicing, does anyone know where a good but reasonable priced place to go to? I don't want to but if i have to spend $100 through RC, i guess i have no choice.

Seriously, you people are so **** about injector cleaning....If they came out of a properly working car why would they need cleaned....I goto the junk yard and pull injectors out of cars all the time and sell them, and the person never had a problem. I have DSM 450's in my car right now and there doin fine. I laugh every time some one wastes $50 or how ever much on getting them cleaned. Me and my buddies have an inside joke about you h-t people and your injector cleaning fetish.

guess you have never seen a person blow a motor cause if a screwed up injector? I would have even a brand new one flowed to make sure its in working order as ive also seen brand new stuff not up to the task of what it should be.

$50 is nothing compared to the amount of money that i'm putting into the motor. $50 for the peace of mind for these nippon denso 550cc injectors that came out of a very old 626...it's worth the $50 to me..but hey that's just me, i want to know that i did the best i could and protect the life of the motor i'm building.

When I sent my DSM's in for cleaning, 2 of them sprayed "Fair", 1 sprayed "Good", and 1 sprayed "Poor". They came from "a properly working car".

Go ahead and use your junkyard injectors as-is. I'll continue to spend $50 to know mine are working like new.
