Now am I going to have to drop out of school to make all these orders? I can only make 1-2 per week. This one took me 4 days(itll take me two days now that I have everything down, the rest of the week I have school)...

not at all coming down on your design, its really exciting seeing all these people making manifolds. but, have you test fit this on an engine in a car and try closing the hood? the 2 and 3 runners will hit the underside. just wanna give you a heads up on it...

you sure? its level with the valve cover. I would think there should be enough room for it...but nope, havent closed a hood on it yet...guess ryan will find out this week once i gets the mani. him and I already discussed the possibilities of it hitting. this isnt my only design either, im working on a few others...

I will probably take my header off my current motor and give it a little test fit to make sure it fits under my Teg hood when it gets here...won't be on for good yet, I still have A LOT of stuf to buy for my new motor. I hate money

Re: InfamousRS' s.s. turbo mani... (There is no sp00n!)
SuperT- Thanx, I have to say, I like yours too
The manifolds are going for $400, I make them on a first come first serve basis, producing 1-2 per week.
About the concerns with the hood clearance, Im going to change the design a little bit to lower the entire manifold about two inches. This will save me material, AND ensure a great fit on any car...
I figured you would all like the bracing I dont think there is any way that this will crack due to stresses...if it does develope a crack for some reason, i will repair/replace one year from date of purchase...

what would you charge to weld on some t3 flange on an HF manifold for a CRX..... i just bought it and looking at possibly doing a junkyard turbo build.
Ryan... i want to see this manifold once you get it...

I wouldnt recommend welding something to a cast manifold, the different heat expantion rates will own the weld

304 schedule 40. its about a 1/4 inch thick, VERY beefy...Also, as you can see, braced all over the place to add strength/rigidity.
