Default Im new to forced induction, stupid question

what will rob me off gas more SC or TC, and will it rob me bad? *this is a what if scenario* don't really have either.

Either way you are going to have to dump more gas into the engine to make up for the added air...

I would think that you would need the same amount of gas for a super charged 7psi and a turbo charged 7psi...

But really...if you are concerned with gas mileage, don't go FI...

Supercharger is on all the time, you only burn gas with turbo if you're boosting, so supercharger uses more gas.

but your not boosting all the time with a supercharger. so their the same

depends on the right foot. If you drive both cars normal, it'll be the same.
