Default ignition question. suggestions anyone?

hi,
i'm planning on going turbo on my b16a3(delsol) engine. can any of you guys recommend a good aftermarket ignition that works well with a turbo? what parts will i need and what are the differences between crane and msd? i also heard that once the car starts boosting, timing will be drastically advanced so what can i do to retard it under boost? thanx

thanx for your help. will this be all i'll be needing? also, would i need to purchase an external coil? i'm just asking questions that i have come across while being at this site and hopefully you can correct me on this. the best way to learn is from you mistakes right? thanx
