I think if you advance the ignition you wont have any problems boosting. For a long while

the purpose of search is this question has been answered millions and millions of times. and the truth is, you havent done **** for this message board yet. you havent contributed to any helpful threads with any sort of knowledge, you havent taken the time to properly research your question, you haven't made any effort at all to save us some time, and honda-tech some bandwidth. now if you would, just shut the hell up, dont be a *****, and take 10 seconds of your time before wasting all of ours with a question thats been asked over a hundred times.

edit: follow 93lsivics advice.

btw lsboostin8, just retard your ignition timing to say 13-14deg BTDC and use the stock ignition system.

The LS has a relatively low 9.2:1 compression ratio. People run stock timing @8psi in LSes without detonation.

If everything is properly installed and fuel is in control, running about 13-14deg ignition advance is perfectly safe.

dustin is not feeding you B.S..

But with all due respect, take '5 seconds' when doing a search instead of "a sec"...know what I mean man. This topic really has been covered...and perhaps a search won't yield the results your specifically looking for as the first or second results of the search...but that doesn't mean the info isn't there farther down the page or on the second page. Yeah, the search engine could use a little help, we all agree on that....but work with it.

I agree. I researched for a year just reading posts and doing searches and decided to go turbo.... you won't get all your answers immediately, since now that Ive been here for a long time.. I get TIRED of answering the same questions over and over.... so yea... Use the search function and loose the chip on your shoulder, some of us will try to help you, but not if you snap at everyone that tells you to use the search...
