Default Ignition/fuel problems?

Having some Issues with my hatch. Have this set-up for about year or so. B16 sleeved, pistons, rods, built head etc. 440hp. 255 Walbro, Aeromotive FPR, BDL rail, Precision 1000cc injectors.
Went to IFO columbus, on way home car started to sputter a little( does it when i need to change plugs) Changed plugs, about 10miles car starts to do it again bad. Now car barely wants to go anyway or stay idling. I pulled plugs and notice a lot of fuel....
Heres what i've looked at so far...
- check spark all 4 cyl.(its good)
- Getting fuel(but my plugs are SOAKED when i pull them)
-Checked MAP sensor volt.(its good)
-Check Injector volt.(its good)
-Check power through dizzy plug(its good)
-Check grounds also.
I have no idea what else to do...

Wideband/air fuel readings while this happens?

Start with fuel pressure. Make sure its good at idle and under load.

Check the ignition system. The ignition control module, the coil ect...

I know its a bad thing i need to get a wideband...

Fuel pressure is 40lbs when idling. under load, well the car dies when i try to go anywhere. Thats why something is definitely not right..
