that was my first thought, but i checked the offending cyl., and if anything they are a little bit loose ( measured out .05, and .08 intake and exhaust respectively)

can you verify with a spark too that when warm all cylinders are firing, they are an inser that either go between the dizzy and the plug wire or at the other end, some also look like a test light.
you may have an issue with a bad coil or ICM (even tho most will say they either work or dont) anything is posible with electricity.
you could have a joint pulling away once warm but relaxed when its cold and making contact, similar to the older EF main relay issue

yeah im gonna attack the whole harness tomorrow..its a DPFI car converted to multipoint, and its an EF ....If that doesnt solve it i'll throw in some stock injectors and take the S100 out an see what happens...this sucks

Very much so, I chased an electrical demon for over a year, i would literally lose 100hp when it started misfiring
I went thru the dizzy, seemed a tiny bit better, checked all grounds, checked injectors, resistor box, ecu.
it all came down to a short in my harness leading thru the dash.
