if its stoped boosting then its completely wasted IMO just get a new turbo. it probably need new wheels, bearings, seals which will cost you about the same as a new turbo.

sounds like a small T3 .48/.42 turbo. theyre pretty cheap on ebay. Make sure the new turbo u get is a T3 with whatever exhaust flange your running so ur downpipe will connect.
