yea i knew it was a hondata chipped p72ecu i just wanted to make sure.. it still has al the stickers.... ahha

Any number of different people, Honda themselves being the originator of Hondata's base code for the CN3 port.
The stock code on the ECU already has communication via the CN3 port set up, you just have to go back and scale the baud rate down to something you can run into a computer's serial port via a patch cable with a TTL <--> serial converter. From there you can start adding speshul functions.
