Default ID 1000s on E85 question.

I have seen different people making different power on theses injectors on E85. I was looking to hit in the 550-600 whp range. I am going to be running a fully built 84mm GSR with a 6262 turbo. ID 1000's, walbro intake and bosch 044 inline. I know with this setup it will run at 100psi fuel pressure so is 550-600 whp capable? Also how many PSI will I have to run to make this power? Please let me know what you think, Thanks.

A 82mm GSR I built with the same exact fuel setup at 80psi base and with a GT35R .63a/r we stopped on 95% DC and the car made 626whp @ 21psi. The amount of PSI is going to be different from car to car as there are way too many variables that effect what a cars makes power wise and with how much.

Most cars that come through here with that fuel setup make 600-625whp on E85, at 95-100% IDC.

Wow nice. So no reason my goal is doable. Last question I have the 2.5 motoral map sensor that will hold up to 23 psi or should I just get the hondata 4 bar map sensor?

get the 4bar to be in the safe side. on my b16 81.5mm i was at 90psi with the same fuel setup and i was at 100% idc at 600hp. so yes depends on your tuner and your displacement. but you will hit your power goal.

I like this thread. Im running a fully built 84mm gsr with a 6262 and ID1000's on e85 as well. I was wondering what kind of power i was going to be able to hit.. Im running a Aeromotive A1000 pump also.

I would upgrade map sensors to be safe.. theoretically u should be good to 29.6lbs..

Yeah I just order the hondata one to be one the safe side. Thanks for all the input I feel much better now! Getting a new topmount, then putting the Bosch pump in, then back to the dyno.

Im making 505hp on ID1000s, E85 and dual walbros with 50psi static fuel pressure. I think my duty was 85-90%. I hope I can push 550hp out of the system this summer with more fuel pressure.
