ok... im sure this is a pritty common questiion but i really couldnt find anything in a search.... but i did a ruff tune on my car in uberdata and it worked out pritty well and the car runs great.. however... i live in Maine and the temps change all the time... ive tried learning about the IAT/ect corection stuff but i really cant figure it out.. is there anyone who could help me or point me in the right direction?? thanks guys!

ok, im bringing this back from the dead... becasue fall is comming and im getting sick of adjusting my AFR all the time to compensate for the dropping temps... is there anyone that could give me a lil help on how to get this correction in Uberdata... thanks...

 

I use ECT correction alot with uber. It works fine, you can change it with the ostrich as well. You have to change the value.. the higher the number the more fuel. Then hit write and it should change it in the rom. Then upload it.

is there a certain version of uber. you need in order to use ECT?

 

The scripts should work with any version 1.70 and higher.

You can copy/past the scripts from version to version.

 

figures... most of my good tues are done on 1.66 haha... now can i copy all my fuel tables and paste them to a different version??

 

1.66 doesn't have a copy/paste function. Only 1.70 an higher does.

thats what i thought... because 1.66 doesnt even have the same vac./boost colums i dont think... is there any version of uber that you would recomend?? are there any versions that already come with iat/ect already installed? (thanks again for your help man)

 

I would use version 1.8 or 1.70. They have a vesrion posted in the uberdata forum which has most everything working that i know of. I just use version 1.70 and added the IAT and ECT scripts to it. You can find them in the forum.
