Default I need some setup input

I know I am about the 100bizillionth to do a post like this but here it gos.
I would like your suggestions on parts to do this build/turbo.
Please help me fill in the blanks.
I have a 98 Civic Hatch with a 2000 b18c1.I have the Engine torn down 100%
I have purchased:

SRP 9.5:1 pistons w/JE rings
Eagle H Rods
ARP head studs
Cometic head gasket
Fel Pro gasket kits
oem ITR water pump

I am about to spend another $12k on this project. Here is what I plan to get with it. If you can suggest what model/size/brand to go with, please do!

AEM EMS $1100
Quaife LSD and install $1500
Sleeves (darton?) $1100
Machine work head/block race BnB, BnH dip....ETC $900
Rebuild head (machine shop) w 5angle $500
Custom Turbo setup (need suggestions) $4000
Exhaust (I want it as quiet as possible) $800?
Clutch ??? $400
Lighten oem flywheel 12.5lbs? $100
Brakes $1000

Does this sound like a good plan? ARE MY $ ESTIMATES ABOUT RIGHT? Please look at the list and tell me what you would use and why.
Thanks.

The headwork, block, and clutch will cost more than what you think. my headwork's costing me $845 and but thats springs retainers valve guides and seals and 3 angle valve job. get an act xtreme pressure plate with 6 puck disc (very strong). they run you about 450 shipped. and the exhaust try KTELLER.COM or Thermal r&d they both make good exhaust's and the mufflers are not too big
