alright i just got my 01 ls integra and i need some help on where i should start because im new to the import scene, i was thinking about starting off with putting and intake exhaust headers on first and then getting a t3/t4 turbo setup, ppl tell me to do a ls vtec but im very curious about it, and my friend is selling his type r head and crank and i was wondering should i buy that from him then start fixing the car up or stay with the ls, and if i was to put the turbo setup on the ls, how much power u guys think i would be able to produce safely?

 

Don't buy an intake or header if you plan to go turbo as you will just have to get rid of them any way.

If you do ls/vtec don't get the crank, the LS crank has a longer stroke which means more torque.

I have seen (read ) bone stock LS with maybe rod bolts do ~350 WHP boosted.

Most bang for the buck, keep ls, do custom turbo, run uberdata, search.
