Default I need help please, new to turbos

I recently got a T25 (2nd gen eclipse) turbo.I'm building a D16Z6 w/ turbo. My goal is to reach 200+ HP @ the wheels. I know there is more to it than getting a few parts and putting it on my car. What I need to know is what to get as far as parts (Piping,Turbo timer,Boost controler, exhaust mani,waste-gate,blow off valve, intercooler)? Also where to get quality parts?I'm not rich so please keep it simple and reasonably affordable. Also,if any, what preperations are needed as far as internals( rods, pistons) and or to the block or head? I was told to reach my goal I would probably have to run 10psi of boost. All help is welcome.Thank you for your time.

Thanks for the info, I went to home made turbo and found alot of good info.
Now, I forgot to add that I have a 91 Hatch (STD).
For now i'm doing a mini-me swap while i get the D16 block and any other goodies to build the motor up.
I thought about using the turbo on the mini-me for now and later putting it on the D16Z6 when I finish it.
Is this going to be a big deal or pretty easy to switch?
I see info for building both a turbo set ups, the mini-me and the D16Z6.
Except on the mini-me a T3 was used, is there going to be a big difference on the set up between using the T25 as apposed to the T3 used?
Besides the obvious, piping a little different and more boost to achieve the same results 1/4 mile time?
Also I found a Isuzu Impulse Turbo, can i use the intercooler off it?
How would I find out if the intercooler will work for my set up?
If you have any suggestion feel free to add input.
Thanks
