I/H/E
Say I bought an Apexi WS-II with a DC sports header and a Skunk2 intake. Just an example. This is something similar to the setup I'm looking into. When going turbo, would all this not be usable anymore? I know the header definitely wouldn't, but would my exhaust? Also, if I did buy the Apexi WS-II exhaust, could I take out the cat that comes with it and install a Magnaflow Hi-Flow cat instead?
Thanks guys.
Thanks guys.
So say we answered your questions, in this thread. Just as an example. Then you followed our advice (doubtful) and eventually installed a turbo (doubtful), when would it all finally make sense? Would you then after install change parts or pay somebody to do it?
Yes and yes...
You are welcome.

Read it mafia, and you would find out. Read it closely if you cannot honestly understand it. Usually when someone sees a turbo'd car, it has a looped header (not sure of the exact name of this type of header). There was no question in the post asking for advice. I was asking if the parts would be compatible, that is all. Why do you find it doubtful that I would take your advice and install a turbo? It would make sense when I get hands on with the project instead of reading some online articles that don't make sense to me and are not written in layman terms. Hence, why I asked on here. And I would install the parts myself. Are there any other questions you would like me to ask, O High and Mighty one who thinks he's a ******* genius?
Who thinks he is? More like KNOWS he is. There is a major difference between layman's terms and putting it so basic to the point of comprehension. I don't think anybody could possibly explain it in a way you could understand. Of course you can use any exhaust you please and modify it in any way you would like. How could you not? If you choose to use 1" conduit for exhaust, well guess what? YOU COULD! The proper question to ask is if it would be a restriction from your N/A style exhaust. Then the retort would be what WHP goals you are going to have and other things like turbo size and down pipe size?
My point is, pick a purpose and build the car. The Mickey Mouse BS you are trying to pull isn't going to cut it so save your lunch money, and when you can afford it, then buy the correct parts the first time around. An exhaust, intake, and header is a complete waste of money on a stock Honda Engine.

N3va3vaSatisfi3d couldn't of said it any better.
OP, I did understand what you said, but it was so dumb didn't think you were for real. Must be troll.
I allready answered your question. /thread

As everyone has said, you can't use the NA header for a turbo setup; however, depending on your goals, the exhaust may work. If you're going to boost it, don't waste your money on NA parts. Read the FAQ at the top of the forum, it may shed some light on what you'll need for a proper turbo setup.
