i got myself a new setup
just picked it up today for 1500 bucks complete with a b16 tranny (granted its a ys1) but still a killer deal: ill have some pics up in the am.
details:
Top End
Full 98 GSR head
GSR camshafts
ARP GSR head studs
LS-V conversion kit
Head had a valve job on intake side with Type R dual valve springs & retainers, resurfaced
Chipped obd1 p28 with a tuned map. good thing cause i sold my old socketed ecu
Bottom End
B18A1 bored and honed to 81.5mm
JE 9:1 pistons
JE pro seal rings
ARP rod studs
Crower H beam rods
ACL race bearings(rods & mains)
Rotating assembly rebalanced
Arizona Race pro cool block guard
New Type R oil pump
New Type R water pump
oh and he threw in some brand new STR fuel rail, STR adjustable cams, a B&M fuel pressure regulator & str cam seal.
not bad for 1500 big ones
ill be getting the rest of my turbo stuff here shortly so ill be sure to keep you guys updated
i still have to strip all the nasty old black paint off the block and get it repainted. after i get the head all assembled and put on ill have lots more pics
