Default I get my car back this week.....????

well my motor blew due to negligence and some other reason I shall not discuss. Well this is what im getting new cams intake and exhaust (i dont have any idea why I need this) new cylinder head, short block, crankshaft and whatever else is needed. The guy told me I had about 7lbs of comp. in piston no#1 and my cylinder walls were all scratched up. MEH anyways how long should I break in the engine befor boosting it?

I would run the turbo from the start.Break it in as usual don't boost for the first 100 miles or so, then slowly introduce boost (low boost) for the next 400 miles or so.Let everything wear together as it's going to be driven...
