Default i get crazy from that mixture problem...

hallo,

i posted my problem once some time ago but didn't found the solution till now.
sometimes (its not calculateable) i have a lean condition under part throttle and under boost.
normaly my a/f is exact 14.7:1 (sometimes 15.0:1) under part throttle and 12:1 under boost.
closed loop is disabled!

when the error occures i have high 15's under part throttle (sometimes 16-17:1 under high vacuum) and
high 13-14:1 till 15:1 under boost.

today i found out that the phenomen is very bump dependet... so if i drive thru a hole in the road or over
a small bump (very hard suspension) the mixture jumps from i.e. 15:1 to 15.7:1 or 14.3:1 without any
change in rpm, map, tps, iat or something else... i logged the data to be sure that the bump has no effect
on the tps i.e. so i guess it is a hardware failure.

i tripple checked several engine managements, from hondata, uberdata, stock with missing link and so on several times but on ANY of them the same error comes sooner or later so i think it is not the engine management.

what else can cause this lean condition? sometimes there is nothing over weeks and sometimes its a few days
after another the same problem... the from one minute to another it is gone and everything works fine
for weeks maybe...

maybe someone has a great idea...

there are also no visible damages on vacuum hoses or something. can it be the intake mani. gasket or Throttle body gasket? what else can i check?

Thanks
Malte.

i checked the ecu wire harness already... everything is normal.
i also done a datalog directly from the ecu and this log shows that the ecu ready normal values... so nothing like falling map voltage or something like this...

maybe its the output signals but i don' think that there can be much problems with fuel injectors and ignition or?!

Is it the wideband that is showing the readings that are off, and do they correspond with the ecu? where is the wideband in the downpipe?

wideband is in the downpipe. ecu has no wideband input so i can't check if the wideband is reading false but when the wideband read 15:1 under boost i can feel a significant power loss against the normal operation when i have 12:1 under boost... so i guess the reading of the wideband is correct.
