hytech manifold flange

Would it hurt anything to change the turbo flange on my hytech manifold from a t3 to a t4? I bought a gt35 turbo and it will not bolt up.

Before you cut anything contact Tinker219, he sells T3/T4 flanges you could bolt on there.
