NO REPLIES, I know he read them because otherwise no payment would have been made.

No, Herms' customer service is excellent. Herms practically had this dude's manifold made and then he decided he didn't like it after they already agreed on the design and wanted herms to redo it all. There's alot more to it then even that but I'll let Herms tell the full story if he likes, it's not my place. But don't let this guy deter you from getting an excellent manifold from Herms.

I make my own manifolds for high end cars. One thing I learned, if you do work on someones car, you better do it right and treat them right or you will start a bad rep on you.

where is the manifold? its sitting at his house 99% done except for the wastegate flange.

you know why? because when he was sending you pics, you decided that you didn't like the placement and you wanted it to look like a neukin manifold. this was after that day that you went over there, and he showed you exactly where he was going to put the wastegate.

kind of hard to do after you've already put a hole in the collector with the press for the wastegate don't you think?

if you haven't realized, herman works 50+ hours a week and works on manifolds when he gets home by himself.

thats something i can personally back up as well, like i said in the first page- he's always in his garage welding or working on something. im his "girlfriend" but i think its more appropriate to say his welder is cause he spends more time with it than with me lol

i wont chime into the situation above as i do not want to be in the middle of it, has nothing to do with me. could the situation be handled differently? yes.

1st off, if you wern't part of the conversation PLEASE STFU and don't talk. What you just said is talking completely out of your ***. The day Herms took a picture of the manifold he told me it was tacked on so I could see how it looked before he goes through with it. After looking at the pictures I decided I did not like the way the wastegate was coming off from it. I CALLED HIM and asked him to make it like the Nuekin version, which he then said ok to.

2nd, you must be confusing me with someone else because the day I went to look at it he was working on Dacia's car and I was just checking out the progress. He didn't show me or tell me the position of the WG. The day I went to his house was 4-23-06... the day he sent me pics of the wg and manifold together was on 5-17-06 or that was the day he told me it was going to come from the side. 10 days later I got the email with the pictures of the wastegate and thats when he told me it was ONLY tacked on. Then I called him later that day and told him I wanted it like the Nuekin.


Please just stop, I got all my AIM IMs to back up everything I said... hence the dates. I could even provide the time if I wanted. Plus I had it looked over by a lawyer incase anything happened. All the lawyer told me was I had it in the bag.

Sorry Herms, but the way you did me was dirty. Simple as that, you know I wanted it bad and waited a long *** time for it.

 

****, I had so much trust in Herms that I even sold him my obd2b to obd1 jumper harness so Dacia could tune her car. It was from my running car, so that meant that my car was down for 3 days just waiting to get a new harness. Yes, I'm SHADY everyone.

well, lets see. At first he told me he had a bunch of materials, then I found out he had just enoughfor his manifold, and then enough for another manifold, that wouldnt be worth it for me. yea, I told him that about it and that I would rather pay him for hte materials he had already given me, but he begged for me to make it and w/e, I wanted to be man of my word and was goin to take the loss and make it. then when Im like 90% done witth the manifold he tells me he doesnt like the way he wastegate placement looks because it doesnt look like a neukin manifold, and if I could change it. mind u, the hole was already drilled on the side of the collector after him giving me the ok, and 3 out of 4 runners fully welded to the collector.

the day you came over and I was workin on dacias car, yes, jorge was here, and yes he helped hold the manifold/wastegate/elbow on the manifold so you could see, and you ok'd it then also.

I was also making the d/p for you, I ordered all the appropriate flanges including the 5bolt turbo flange for the 5bolt turbo you had told me you had. then you changed your mind and told me to do it with a 4bolt flange. w/e, again, I was goin to take the hit.

when the manifold was about 90% done, how was i supposed to reposition it like a neukin. when you called, I didnt tell you I would fix it, I told you that I would see what I could do.
also should I mention how you wanted me to go over the welds so they could look a certain way?

and about that lawyer you consulted, did you tell him about how you and your friends scammed mcmaster for the materials?

I did not mean for this turn out this way, but then again, we had an agreement, not one which involved you purchasing anything from me, so there shouldnt have been a reason for the post.

As for how I got the parts, it does not concern to this matter. You're a lying deceitful person. I could sit here and argue about it with you, but that wouldn't resolve anything. I will leave it alone. That is just my input and if you think its slander on you and your "business"� I would advise you to talk to a lawyer as well.

I called around 10-11:00 am and a lady picked up and then she handed it off to another guy. Yes, their english was rough with a strong accent and yes they spoke little english. Whoemever they were, I must have been dreaming... again. I think not, but it was pretty rude that whoever got the phone after the two of them hung up on me. I don't know how many people live in your home, but again... w/e.

No more arguing.
