i think you are going a little overboard with the head, i would just put springs retainers in a stock gsr or b16 head, with gsr or itr cams. dont use the crower turbo cams, they do not produce good results on the b series motors.

stock rail and regulator will work fine, with 880cc or 1000cc injectors.

i would highly suggest the gt30r over the t3/t67 ot t3/t67 it will meet your power goals and offer much better response and spool time.

I think your going over board on the whole thing. Simple piston rod setup with springs and retainers for the head and a GSR cam will do 450whp all day long with a GT3076.

Fuel 880cc injectors 1000 if you want to be safe. No need for FPR
No need for throttle body
Could do a cheaper manifold like skunk2, itr, blox
If doing Cam Gears I would do Golden Eagle they have torque bolts and don't slip
Stock Oil pan not the moroso
No need for the crank dampener
No need for sleeves under 500whp

I'm going for 500whp and I'm not using half the stuff you listed. Just my 2 cents do what you want.

Either way, that setup seems very nice. I'd go with the sleeves also just to be on the safe side, and you never know you might wanna go bigger in the near future so why not do it now??? And I agree with them, that setup seems to me that it'll make a little over 500hp easily. T3/T04E 60 Trim will def get you to your power goals.

You're going to be absolutely maxxing the turbine on the 60 trim. It would be wise to upgrade to a slightly larger turbo if you want it to last...

save the money on porting the head, and purchase a gt3076r, it will spool faster and make more power which is what you are attempting to gain from portwork right? the gains to be had from the better turbo FAR outweigh the gains to be had from portwork at your level.

I wouldnt do portwork on the head until at minimum 550whp.

cant go wrong sleeving it, although not a requirement, its not the worst idea near your power goals. Darton sleeves at 83mm and go with the .82a/r housing for the 30r.

oh and get rid of those cams lol.

QFT. Build a strong block and you can make unreal amounts of HP with a GSR, or pretty much any Honda motor IMO. If money is not an object, than I would definitely go ahead and get it sleeved, BUT if like most people, you are on a budget, than F getting it sleeved. Get pistons/rods/bearings and spend some money on a good tune.
