How are your winter FI projects coming?!
I'm sitting in Des Moines, Iowa and I'm getting really antsy for Spring time. . . my winter project is coming along swimmingly (ported head/sleeved block/internals/valvetrain/new fuel mgmt/nx direct port)
I am curious to hear about some of your projects. . . what does everyone have in store for Spring?

AHHHHHH! I feel all you guy's pain!!! I haven't driven my car for 3 months. I took it apart to build the motor b/c 8 psi wasn't enough. . . I'd settle for 8 right now, lol!
It makes me feel good to see all of you in the same boat - just think, when all the snow melts and the engine is back together and tuned. . . it's time to represent - in a much bigger way!
I will post links to my setup when the car finally emerges from the garage after it's 6 month vacation.
Ran a best 12.812 last year spiking 8 lbs - hoping that 30 PSI and a slew of other things will allow me to take things to the next level.
Went with 60-1 on a benson sleeved stock bore b18b1, and p200 for fuel mgmt, rc 880's. . . a big upgrade from the entry level turbo I put together last year.
I'm stoked!!! Good to hear from all of you, gets me even more pumped!

That was my plan. . . spending all my $$ on suspension now. . . realizing that with 500+ I will be standing still unless I do something drastic.
I'm just happy the holidays are over and I can start spending my money on the person I like most again. . . me, lol.
I just bought my first house at the beginning of winter, so that has been sucking up a good deal of my expendable cash too - well that and my girlfriend. But it's time for greed and selfishness until the blue beast runs again.
We have some pretty large get togethers out here - I'll post info if something goes down worth showing up to. Let me know if any of you Mid-West guys have anything big going down - I'd love an excuse to meet some of you and talk about cars for a weekend.

My winter project started the summer before last, at the begining of June. Car's been sitting ever since. But it does have a new built motor in it with a turbo strapped to the front of it. Too bad Wiring > Me.
Hopefully soon I can figure it out.

Ohhhh, RWD, and turbo - fun!
I have never driven a fast RWD - I probably will avoid it b/c I don't want to fall out of love with my car. . . too much time/$$$ invested.

Mine is basically what kowalski is doing also.
Just a basic setup on a stock b18b. Will be my first setup, and I can't wait to feel boosted. I'm itching. Hopefully I will have it all together by the summer.

Re: (D-t)
Basic Setup on a b16a in a 99si.
Bailhatch Manifold, Tial 38mm Wastegate, SFP Intercooler piping, Drag3 Intercooler, Custom dumptube, Custom 3" Open Downpipe. Dsm450's, Chipped p28 running Uberdata. T3/T04E 57 Trim, .63A/R Stage 3 wheel. Blitz DD BOV.
This is my first setup so i'm just happy to be boosted. I'm going to run Uberdata until I can get an Autronic PnP. By the end of the year the block will be built, sleeves, rods, pistons, headwork, etc. Shooting for 300whp on a stock block for now.
