how to test wastegate spring pressure?

im not sure of the wastegate springs i have. full-races website says one thing and tials website says another. how can i check to see what psi the gate fully opens at?

Go WOT and see what your max boost is without a boost controller. Or put an air line to the wastegate and see when it opens up.
