Your also going to needs a bigger fuel pump, walbro 255 will suit your setup fine, also you will need bigger injectors, with a 60 trim you can get 750 sat or 880 peak and hold, however you will need to wire in a resistor box for the 880,s.

yOU CAN BOOST HIGH AS YOU WAT LONG AS YOUR TUNER IS GOOD. THATS ALL THAT MATTERS NOT PSI! ,IF ITS PUT TOGETHER RIGHT AND TUNED GOOD ITS RELIABLE AS ANY TURBO CAR ROLLING OFF THE NEW CARLOT.

i wouldnt even bother opening the motor up to put a new HG and head studs in there the stock components are not a weak component in the motor. if you keep your power goals reasonable for the stock motor and maintain it properly there is no reason you cant have a very reliable setup.

I wouldn't worry about lowering compression. Its fine. Make sure your tune is safe and conservative. 11.0-11.2 under +Map. safe timing. If you want it reliable stay under 13-14psi. I have seen alot of stock motors let go at 20 psi with a safe tune and one hell of a tuner. Put a street ati or fluidampner to give you the extra insurance.

I'd keep the stock TB. At the power level you'll be making, I don't see the need to spend the extra money. Save it for the pump and injectors you'll need.

Jeff gets some great numbers with OEM head gaskets and ARP studs. Squeezed 375whp from my bone stock GSR.

Sounds like a hell of a setup. I agree with others and I'd say don't crack open the engine unless you have to.

Tell Jeff to tune you 2 maps with a flip of a switch. 1 map 8-10 psi on pump gas, and 14-15 psi on Race gas for your track days.
