Default How much should I offer?

Last year, I sold my 1999 Acura Integra, and I’ve been missing it ever since. I owned that car for over two years, drove it for about 18,000 miles with zero issues. It had a stock engine, but I had installed a turbo kit and it made a reliable 300 horsepower. That experience really cemented my love for Hondas especially the Integra platform. Now, I’m considering getting back into one, and I’d really appreciate some input from people with more experience. I’m mechanically inclined and comfortable working on cars, but I don’t want to overpay or make a rookie mistake. I already have a reliable daily driver, so this won’t be my primary car it’ll be a second car that I plan to enjoy and keep long term.

Here are the specs.
1997 Acura Integra (Clean Title in Hand) B18C1 block, Bensons sleeved to 84mm B20 crank Wiseco 11:1 pistons Manley rods L19 head studs JDM B16 head ported by JDPortWerks Supertech valvetrain BC Stage 2 all-motor cams GSR LSD transmission (Synchrotech gears) ACT twin-disc clutch Comp turbo with top mount kit Dual injector setup (1000cc + secondary set) AEM fuel pump Tuned on E85 Made 625whp at 24 psi Full interior

He's asking 7k with shipping.

IF the power train is healthy... the price is reasonable.
