Default Turbo build advice for b18c

Alright guys, I have a 95 integra gsr I'm in the process of building. My goals are 350 whp while keeping the ac and ps. This car will be daily driven. Out here in Cali 91 octane is the best pump gas to find easily so I'm looking for some advice. The motor is completely stock but I've been accumulating parts for this.

Parts I already have are.
-Portflow b16 head with supertech flat faced valves and toda valvetrain.
-Victor X intake manifold with hondata thermal gasket
-CTR intake cam with skunk2 adjustable cam gears
-AEM fuel rail, fpr, fuel filter and walbro 255 pump
-Quaife lsd in gsr tranny

I plan on purchasing a hondata s300 and plan on sleeving the block. My questions are: How big should I bore out the block and what compression pistons would be good for this gsr block and my portflow b16 head with flat faced valves? Like everyone I have a budget so I was looking at eagle rods and maybe cp pistons. Also looking at golden eagle or benson for sleeving, preferences? Would 750cc saturated injectors be fine? What clutch to hold the power with close to a stock feel. Anything else I should consider, I was looking at the afi or synapse ramhorn turbo kits that are ac compatable. Any advice would be appreciated.

if you sleeve your block and do forged internals you will EASILY be able to reach your goal of 350 WHP. you could actually make a hell of a lot more with the setup you mentioned and a turbo that will keep up realiably! id opt for somewhere around 9.0-1 to 9.5-1 compression ratio piston in 82 or 83 mm bore just to give some room if you ever end up needing to re-bore. im doing an almost identical build as you, b18c1 im going srp 81.5 9.0-1 pistons, eagle rods, acl bearings throughout, arp main and head studs and stock sleeves with a stock b16 head with gsr cams. im shooting for around 350-400 whp. good luck with your build! let us know how it goes

With internals you should look higher than that! Stock internal B18c1 with about 120,xxx miles put down 378 WHP on pump. But back to the questions... I would go with golden eagle because of how many blocks they have sleeved thats who is going to do mine this winter, and they are quick turn around and reasonably priced compared with other companies. As for a clutch I run a Competition Clutch stage 5 sprung it is not as violent of engagement as unsprung and affordable

CAN YOU GET E85 IN YOUR AREA? IF SO RUN THAT INSTEAD OF 91 YOU WILL GET BETTER NUMBERS OUT OF IT WHEN TUNED

Honda bearings and I'd run GE sleeves over Benson.

with the parts you already have... You can reach 350whp reliably without even touching the block...

Definitely a BIG waste of money sleeving a block when your only looking for that lil bit of power... Save yours ALOT of money and just upgrade to a turbo cam and call it a day.

yea i may shoot for higher numbers but not trying to push the motor too far on stock sleeves. i know there are alot of stock sleeved motors running 500+ hp with no problems but like i said just trying to stay on the safe side.

Thanks so far guys. I want to sleeve it just to be safe and I know I might always get the itch for more power later. Another member is selling a 82mm ge sleeved block w/ arias 10.2 compression pistons and pauter rods. Is this too high for compression? With b16 head i figure minus .3 then flat faced valves plus .3 compression.

A sleeve job and forged internals on boost will definitely give u 350whp no problem, Your aspirations as high as they are and great to accomplish, are a bit overkill for what your trying to obtain, stock blocks have accomplished the same feat with boosting and a tune..you could very well save urself money in the longrun..

I'm seeing over 350 in my GSR albeit built but trust me it doesn't take much outside of boosting to hit your goals and to do it reliably..oh 83mm on the bore btw..yea..nice...

why go as far as sleeving a block for only 350 hp. if your goal is 350 hp stock internals will be fine.

save your money, dont sleeve
350hp with just some eagle rods and wiseco pistons is easily attainable
i made 387whp with just 16psi on a t3/t4 57 trim with only internals and knocked comp. down to 8.8:1

remember, you will want more once you get 350, trust me!!
