How much power to be expected?
I had my car out today for the first time in weeks! She is officially boosted now and it feels great. A little weak but still great. My question is how much of a power difference will I feel from putting my intercooler in and replacing the piece of pipe I have there? Also, how mcuh power from tuning can be realized in the real world? All of this is on a low to mid 200 hp range to start.

Intercooler will be a noticeable difference for sure. The addition of an IC on my buddys SOHC Greddy kit was night and day.

It's all dependent upon how much boost your runing.
Low boost (5-10psi) you may realize 30-40hp by adding an intercooler and doing some tuning, Higher boost (you best already have an intercooler) you can realize a lot more power. It's all in how efficient the intercooler is and how well the tuning is.
