(As far as how much it will flow.) ^
And also, full blown motorsports makes the dual in-tank kit.

^Link to their site. Good luck man, and if you're looking at any more than 500-600 horsepower defenitely stick with an external pump IMO. The only issues I have heard of involving the dual walbros is that if one of the two starts to fail, you wont necassarily know it until it's to late. WHILE an external pump, if it fails will show obvious signs. Good luck

I ran out just over 500whp h22a NEW walbro HP GE fuel rail and areomotive FPR 1000cc injectors
I think a fuel pump rewire and getting ride of the banjo gayness and stock filter would help alot.
Im going to bosch inline and doing all the above mods as well soon

And if you run JUST the walbro in-tank, you're SOL if it fails. Since most pumps don't just go from 100% to 0% in 2 seconds, you will not know right away that something is up regardless. In basicly any dual setup - series (booster) or parallel - the one pump will generally have enough to let it idle okay, but will usually be lean under medium-heavy load. The inline setup would probably be worse - if your stock pump will idle fine, and give you fuel for some boost - but then taper off at 2-300whp, or 300-400whp, depending on the pump type.
In short, it doesn't really matter what setup you have - pumps rarely fail if used properly.

I added an inline to my walbro on an H22 @ 465whp and had capacity to spare. Switched to E85 @ 435 whp and ran out of capacity. Currently changing from GT30 to GT35 and using a MagnaFuel 625.

It's really not the pump that max out. It's the stock fuel lines will max out.
Maxd mine @ 620-630sih.
Was not the fuel pump.. was the lines.
1200cc rc injectors
Aeromotive FPR
etc...

Re: how much hp will walbro 255 flow for? (95exdsmkilla)
yeah the lines are the next thing on the list. i figure ill run a -8 feed and -6 return. i currently have a single walbro 255 but plan on making 750whp and i knew that pump would do it alone. i really like the aeromotive a1000 sump kit but its a little pricey at around $1600 for the just the sump and pump. is anyone running this setup or have any unbiased knowledge or opinions about it?

thatd be pushing it.
i made 540 with 1200's and a little room.
i think it is full blown that makes the dual walbro sender setup. i know t1 has them on his online store.

Heard the MagnFuel is high quality, much quieter, a lot less expensive and will handle well over 1000 hp. I'm using the 625 - it's gear drive and self priming.

Hmm I guess your right, but I could have sworn I've seen guys with stock fuel lines and 1 walbro hitting mid 600's on Jeff's website. I hit 540 whp on pump with stock lines and 1 walbro, but that isn't unreasonable. I guess when I tune on race gas I'll find out..

fuel pressure in defi is dropping BIG TIME at the high rpm. yes i was maintaining 11.8-12.0 afr, but fuel pressure is scaring me. so we stopped.

so i guess these arent out yet but will be available in sept. looks like a kick *** setup but kinda pricey to not include the pump or filter. are stock gas tanks mild steel? anybody think they might run this sump or have a similar setup?

you make it of course
the pumps you can buy, they are just regular bosch 044's or you can buy bosch 040's but they with that pump they need to be fully submerged; the 044 can use a sock filter.
the sump is pretty much a regular style sump but has a trapazoid design to fit the pumps nice and snug
