how much boost can i safely run on stock d16a6. getting 255lph intank and b&m fpr. also what else would u recomend to have a reliable daily driver?

 

i'd say stick with about .45bar which is about 6.5psi. thats pretty safe

Stock D-series bottem end is good for like 200 cran hp....roughly, i would say under that is the safest....get it tuned good and you will be good with 6psi, probablly get some kind of timing retard to help you, keeps it from detonating under n/a timing maps...i made 205whp on my d16 on 6psi...but mine is built, but yea you can run 6psi safely just dont push the hp limit of the bottem end or you will be picking up peices of rods or somethin..good luck
