Actually the D-series kit is the 15g, and the B-series kit is the 18g. The 15g from Greddy is similar to a 50trim T3, except it has a smaller turbine. 250whp would be pushing that small turbo, and could fail quickly at the shaft speeds required for that.
The problem is the Greddy elbow included will not let you get near the turbo's limit. Its very restrictive with a very tight bend. Due to this and the WG design, 15psi is about as much as you'd want to get from this turbo.
