Default how long to set TT for?

i just bought a timer for my car as i've been getting sick of letting it idle. i smoked out my last turbo (precision 5857 jb), either due to a poor oil return or simply not letting it idle long enough after driving, so i've adressed both.

right now i usually drive gently for the last minute or two of driving and then idle for ~2 minutes. is this excessive? should I idle longer? my TT allows me to idle for up to 99 minutes in 10 second intervals, so it should allow me to idle long enough

on normal drives, 30 seconds - 1minute are all you really need. anything excessive, about 2 minutes.
