How important are colder plugs?

How important are colder plugs?
Just about to finish up my re-install but i have normal plugs in there. Should I not boost until I get some colder plugs in or is it just performance?

get the cooler plugs asap. it's not like you'll blow your motor w/ out them, but anything that keeps the temp down in your combustion chamber is a good thing.
