How good are these compression numbers?

Default How good are these compression numbers?

ITs a 95 teg ls with t3/t4 turbo stock motor with 10lbs ......starting from the distributor and goin right.....160....150....148.....162 is that good? I have 146,000 miles

Those are decent numbers, not the best, but not bad... Mine pulled 165 across the board...

My LS hasn't been boosted yet, but she pulled 199, 200, 200, 205. Its a 95 with 80k miles.

My rings are wearing down slowly? Since those are some decent numbers
What are some good piston and rod combo to go with and where to get them?
