Default how to get top end from 15g?

at 5psi in my crx it died at like 5k. when it goes in my hatch i'll be running about 9psi. do you think it will keep that strong pull feeling until 7k with the boost raised up?

the higher you boost with that turbo, the less it feels like it has increased HP/psi, i heard its not a very efficient turbo...only way to make a bigger difference after high boost is a good intercooler.

the turbo is great up to 13 psi! If your car's power is leveling off, it is not the turbo. I am at 10 psi on that turbo and there is no problem. Trust me! Check your exhaust and your piping. At 7 psi and stock exhaust, it used to feel like it would stop gaining power. I put in a temperary crush bent 3" exhaust I gained 2 psi and pulls like a bitch till redline. The turbo can put air in but it cant take it out. (After i adjusted the boost back to 7 psi, it pulled hard) 10 psi is a huge difference than 7psi

yea, i haven't ran it on my current setup yet. i had it boosted at 5 psi w/ 2 1/4" exhaust and stock cat... no IC.. and that is when it felt like it died off at 5k. i got hit head on 3 days after i got my crx boosted. now i have a 94 hatch, and doing things a little better this time around. probably run a dsm side mount with a custom ram air made from sheet metal, about 9 psi on hondata. maybe stock greddy 2" DP. and a custom 3" DP back exhaust with a es oval muffler. (no cat either.. just test pipe.) so you saying with that much boost and a bigger exhaust like i have it should continue to pull hard to redline (7200rpm). thanks

Yes that should make a difference. Mine now pulls like crazy now. It used to kind of taper off at higher rpms at 5 psi, but at 10 psi i have traction issues.

Check it out. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=448558
