how do u hook up a profec b HELP

how do u hook up a profec b HELP

i have a 92si with a stage 1 greddy turbo. for some reason i can seem to install the profec b where does the out and in of the stepper motor goes to. i try the greddy site and did what the say but still cant seem to get it to work. i have a boost gauge and it only reads vacume not boost. also i could only hear the bov at 6000rpm why. im also using an internal wastegate. help me please
