fit the 3" pipe through the largest opening. looks like you gonna need some real tight radius bends and prob route the DP about 120 degrees to go towards the opening and that should be cool.

that would work if the turbo wasnt damn near sitting on the cross member.

Re: How Can I Make This FIT!! (john d)
I think it could be done, like stated above all you will need is a couple of 3" exhaust donuts and or some tight radious bends.
Btw why do I see a 35mm wg flange on that manifold with a T4 turbo on it, besides that how are you gona fit a wastegate there considering your still running a full radiator core??

slim fan, a little hacking off that lip on the lower member, and some tight bends. itll work. fabrication is half the fun

dont even think that will work, it'd have to be something really crazy and he'd have to remove the front motor mount which is a no no

look how far he'd have to shave off of it. he'd even have to shave into the block for it to even work

the lower lip alone will not work, he'd have to cut into the block (not just the webbing part, but the actual block) and thats with no front motor mount, look at the pictures above

have fun w/ that...we just finished up doin my friends prelude dp....
we cut the motor mount....shaved off the lip on the lower crossmember, and some off the block...not to much tho....and alot of cutting, tack welding...and fishing into place...we finally got the 3" dp in there....but not w/o a lot of work
good luck

exactly, you need a 92-95 civic radiator, and looks like you will have to run the down pipe forward of the crossmember

Re: (drumking15)
okI know what its like to need help and have someone lag on you so here you go sir..basicly its standard stuff from a local bolt house and a piece of 3 1/2 inch 1/8 inch thick pipe cut in half that goes under the subframe in (where we cut it out out) to add durablity to it..car has seen lots of low 11 second pass's and 3 10 second pass's..ok enough of the BS here are the pics..

Re: (99Hybrid_Hatch)
That, or get the sawzall out so you can use the downpipe that was made with the manifold.
Weld some sheetmetal in wherever you cut to add some strength back in.
Sorry for any confusion, the new site mentions this too btw.
