HOW CAN I MAKE 400WHP!??!
hey guyz.....im kinda new on ht so bare with me if i **** up....dont flame just tell me...
well anywayz.....i recently blew my motor due to the fact the my oil pump blew out and starved my motor....i have now almost rebuilt it....
i have a ls block (94) and i got decked, cleaned, bored to 81.5mm, mircoed the cranked and balanced it. i have wiseco pistions (new) and it said it ranges from 9.3-9.6 depending on wah motor and ****....i got the rings, golden eagle h-beam rods, cosmetic gasket (3layers) for turbo application, autotechnic blockguard..i got like a 5lb flywhell..its real light!!!!! ....i have a stage 6 clutchmasters clutch (twin disk), quafie lsd, 550 rc injectors, hondata s100 with boost option, innovative boost controller, all the mangament stuff....at the moment i have a t3/t4 drag turbo kit...its garret ...i think a 40 mm wastegate....i was boost 22 before the break down.....so i think the waste gate and stuff could handle some boost....2.5 downpipe(increasse?), ....please help me and please try not to go crazy on me.....
and also i am think about using a presicion sc61 turbo instead...

so yall dont think i should use a blockguard!?!? i have a skunk 2 exhaust for the moment...the ls on 22 made 307 whp and 277 tq..where can i send my block to sleeve it....im in florida i hope some where near...

your going to need more than 55occ injectors to get that power and there are many places to get the motor sleved i can get you aebs or golden eagle sleeves.

I would use bensons check with earl he will hook you up.Go with at least 850 injectors or 1000.This might be a dumb question but did you change out your fuel pump?And I would go with the 61 turbo or use a 67 just in case you want more.

You dont really need a SC61 to make 400whp. You can make 400whp on a 50trim t3/t4.

i knoe it is turbonetics t3 and garret t4....t3/t4...drag turbo kit....if you are filmiar with the red hatch that was for sale on ht...11.4 sec hb with 22 psi...thats wah i bought

Wow thats it? I made 302 @14 psi on my ls block with just pistons, rods, p&p head with a drag kit and aem ems for engine mgt.

my buddy did 302(or 306 can't remember)@10psi. Stock block and head on a B18c1, sc61, full 3" exh, power fc.

Ditch that 5lbs FW NOW! I dont know who makes a 5 lbs FW but I am sure it will 1) BRAKE and 2) cause your boost to droop DRAMATICALY when you shift!

not true I have seen many cars running way more than 400whp with stock in internals not even pistons nor rods. It all matters about the tuning if you are willing to pay for the best tuning then you're straight with your set up. But you should get bigger injectors and a external fuel system.
Don't use a 3mm headgasket. Use a stock thickness. That will bring you down from like 9.6:1 to 8.6:1 which is crap. You dont need sleeves for 400whp. If its a stock LS head get that worked and a good Intake manifold and bigger injectors. That should be good. Dont use a crappy blockguard.
