ok i have a b18c5 with my turbo kit in the mail (turbonetics). i was messing around with my s300 and seen that there is a base map for a B18c5 with a revhard turbo kit.
I am wondering if i can drive my car on this map to a shop to get it tuned and would it be safe. I was also wondering if any body knows a good shop in germany. thank you for your time.

More than likely. It's based upon the turbocharger used, in which case it is more than likely a 57 or 60 trim. If your intent is strictly to drive it to the tuner so the computer can be refined, then it shouldn't be a problem.

 

Just don't go into boost at all and you should be fine

 

also make sure that the injectors are scaled properly. also make sure your injector scaler and map sensor settings are correct. i think the basemap uses 550s and oem map, so make sur to match it to your setup before firing the car

and of course...do no boost on the basemap

 

x2, I just looked in my s300 files the revhardb18c5 is for an sc61...It has the fuel setup to be 440cc injectors you will have to change that, and it is running a stock map sensor, that needs to be changes as well...Stay out of boost you will be fine.

 

ok sounds good to me no boost and make sure the map sensor and injectors are correct.
