Taken from Hondata's help file:

Pin D12 can be used as a 0-5V analog input. Note that the ECU must have a 0.1uF capacitor in C42 for the ECU to read the voltage correctly.

Does my OBD1 GSR ECU have this component installed from the factory?

Best thing to do is to open the lid and look for that component and see.
