well the hondata page is a bit misleading uptop it say "utilizes facotry ECU" then down it sayd "ECU must be modified". My question really is what will i have to do wtih my ECU to change it form using the s200 system and make it use the s300 system? Also if i am running s300 does my tuner need to have a chip burner at all??? And whatever that bs was about boost...the s200 has it also...so please peeps give me some realiable info to go on.thanks

The s300 is a daughterboard with real-time programming built into it. The S200 is a blue box that sits external to the ECU casing and connects to the ECU through a 4-pin wire (see pictures of S200 on website). Because the S300 already has real-time programming and datalogging built into the daughterboard, you don't need to have a ROMulator or a chip burner. The S200 does require a chip burner and ROMulator (or either of the two).
Boost is an option on the S200, but it's a standard feature on the S300...FTL/FTS are also standard on the S300 and optional on the S200.
The S300's SManager software can also do a lot more than the S200's ROMeditor software....detailed IAT/ECT/gear correction, boost control/cut, wideband offset, on-board datalogging, anti-lag, Alpha-N crossed with speed-density, etc. etc. etc.
Both use factory ECU's. Both require the ECU to be modified so that it can datalog and read from external memory (it's called socketing).
If you don't already have a S200, buying a S300 is practically a no-brainer.
