We are currently trying to burn a basemap chip for my civic and upon opening the pocket programmer program, it says that it cannot read the PP and that we should check to make sure it's getting power......

Well its getting power, and the computer/software cant find the programmer for the life of it....

Is our pocket programmer fried?
